We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the payment-method identifier you register — for example your UPI VPA or Paytm-linked number. We also log device type and session timestamps for security auditing purposes.

We share data only with the payment processors needed to complete your transactions — UPI rails, Paytm and PhonePe — and with fraud-prevention services. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Log into your account, go to Settings then Privacy, and select Download My Data. Alternatively, email our privacy team from your registered address. We will send a structured copy of your data within 72 hours of verifying your identity.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the Privacy panel in your account settings or via email. We will purge non-legally-mandated data within 30 days. Transaction records required by financial regulations may be retained for the legally specified period.

When a UPI or Paytm transaction is processed, we store only the masked reference ID returned by the payment gateway. Your UPI PIN, Paytm wallet password and bank credentials are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
